Golden Hills Learning Academy holds diploma exams in November, January, April, June and August. The seats created for these exams are for students taking diploma courses with our school throughout the school year.

June diploma exams - April 9, 2025
August diploma exams - July 7, 2025
Students register themselves through their myPass account before or on this date. If you miss the deadline contact our office to check for seat availability.

Writing Centers
The Learning Academy writing center location for November, April and August diploma exams is in Strathmore. For January and June we have writing centers in Strathmore and Calgary.
IMPORTANT: When registering for diploma exams in myPass students should choose Golden Hills Learning Academy, Strathmore as their writing center. There is no option here to choose Golden Hills Learning Academy, Calgary.
If you want to write at our Calgary location in January or June, first select Golden Hills Learning Academy, Strathmore in myPass. Then complete our writing center survey found here or in your course in Moodle to indicate Calgary or Strathmore locations. Students will receive an email prior to the exam(s) with general diploma exam information and writing center location details.
Students have the option of registering at a different location if they have been granted permission to do so by an administrator there. If given permission to write, the student is required to enter the name of this person in myPass when registering. If you have a confirmed registration at a writing center other than the Learning Academy please let us know.
